HELLo there!

I saw this video on YouTube that had a clip of Dr Robotnik answering the phone to Konata saying "Timotei". Then Robotnik said something about anti-"Sata Andagi" weapons or SOMETHING..

If anyone knows what video this is or finds it, I would greatly appreciate letting me know, because it's one of the funniest things evar. I know I haven't uploaded in a while. I will try to get on that soon, when I get back to school
